Our Pastors

  • Pastor David Reimnitz was raised in Bismarck, ND. The 6th of 10 children, he experienced the importance of a Christian home—teamwork, athletic discipline, and laughter, values which he continues to demonstrate in his personal and professional interactions with young and old alike.

After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences, Pastor Reimnitz entered Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, graduating with a Master of Divinity degree in May of 1986. He was called by the Missouri District Board of Missions to be a Missionary-at-Large to the Belton-Raymore area and has served as the pastor of Bethlehem since its beginning in 1987.

  • Pastor Matthew Priem was born and raised in central Florida, graduating from the University of Florida where he studied Wildlife Ecology and Conservation. After two years of work as an itinerant field biologist, he enrolled at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. His on-campus experience was supplemented by a three-month study at Luther Seminary in Shingal, South Korea, and one year of vicarage at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Yankton, South Dakota.

Pastor Priem received his first call to ministry in 2009 from Bethlehem Lutheran Church where he currently serves as Associate Pastor. His work includes preaching, teaching, and visitation to all ages, with primary responsibility for youth ministry. His most fundamental work, however is as a husband and father. He and his wife Tessa have been married since 2008, and have been blessed with three children.

In May of 2021, Pastor Priem  successfully completed 5 years of study requirements and received his Doctorate of Ministry from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
